Returns and Refund Policy

Janet Sams Art is happy to offer a 15 day return policy. Due to the nature of our glass art, each and every piece is unique and may vary slightly from the image shown on the website.
Commissioned artwork, Sale items, and Gift cards are non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Be sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at Art@JanetSams.com or call us at 239-940-6851. All return shipping must be paid by the customer. Return of online purchases can also be made in the gallery + studio.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can correct the issue.
Refunds: You will be refunded based on your original payment method. Note: we will credit you at once, but it can take as long as 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
