Welcome to the Janet Sams Art Studio Class Policy! We provide a unique experience for you as you create a brilliant piece of glass artwork. PLEASE review the following to ensure a pleasant experience in our Art Classes:

• We start promptly at the scheduled class time.
• Classes are approximately 3 hours in duration.
• Classes are open to novices and advanced students.
• Children must be at least 12 years old to attend class.
• Student art is typically available to pick up 48 hours after class.
  

CLASS PAYMENT POLICY: 

Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose not to pay online, please call the studio at 239-940-6851 to pay by phone.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS:

• Forty-eight hours or more before class: Receive a credit towards a future class or a refund minus our $10.00 processing fee. You must call our shop at 239-940-6851 to have your request processed.
• Less than 48 hours before class: No refunds or credits will be given.
• Janet Sams Art Studio reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason. Notification of cancellation will be made by phone or email at least one day prior to the start of the class, at which time, guests will be offered the option of another class, space permitting, or a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Class credit does not guarantee you a spot in a future class; there must be space available, and you must contact us to register.
