Janet Sams Art Class Policy (updated 8-1-25)
Welcome to Janet Sams Art! We provide a unique experience for you as you create a brilliant piece of glass art work. PLEASE review the following to ensure a pleasant experience in our Art Classes.
- We start promptly at the scheduled class time by sharing critical instructions.
- Basic Classes are approximately 3 hours in duration. Intermediate and Open Studio Classes are 4 hours in duration.
- Classes are offered for novices and advanced students.
- Children must be at least 12 years old to register and attend classes.
- Closed toe shoes are required. Safety glasses are encouraged and provided.
- You may bring your own canvas, ONLY with prior approval. Upsizing canvas is allowed, space permitting, and cost is $.25 per square inch.
- Student art is typically available for pick up 2-3 days after class.
Studio hours are 9-3 M-F. Artwork not picked up in 30 days will be disposed of. - Class photos may be used on social media.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose via phone, please call the studio at 239-940-6851 to speak with a staff member to register. Please don’t leave payment details on voicemail.
CANCELLATIONS:
FULL REFUND if class is cancelled 30 days or more in advance.
50% REFUND or you may RESCHEDULE, if class is cancelled between 30 days and 2 weeks in advance.
NO REFUND if class is cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice.
PLEASE NOTE: CLASS RESCHEDULING is only possible if space is available in a future class, and you must call the studio at 239-940-6851 to register.
Janet Sams Art reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason. Notification of cancellation will be made by phone or email at which time, guests will be offered the option of another class, space permitting, or a full refund.
