Shipping Policy:   

Shipping is determined based on weight and size of items.

All items will be insured for breakage during shipping.

Once an item has been shipped, you will receive an email with expected delivery date and tracking information.

Most items ship within 48 hours, however, some items may take up to 4 weeks to ship. Please contact Art@JanetSams.com with any specific questions.

Local pickup is also available on most items.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

The Janet Sams Art Studio is happy to offer a 15 day return policy.  Due to the nature of our glass art, each and every piece is unique and may vary slightly from the image shown on the website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Be sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at Art@JanetSams.com or call us at 859-948-1834. All return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Return of online purchases can also be made in the studio.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can correct the issue.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds: You will be refunded based on your original payment method. Note: we will credit you at once, but it can take as long as 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
